An uneventful and mundane start to the month long athletic endeavour it has to be said. Did 2k on the treadmill, a bit of recumbent cycling and some weights. Have to pace myself y’know!
In addition to the task of actually sticking to this thing, I have taken measurements of my thighs, calves and wobbly areas – I shall do the same again on day 30. This will be either interesting or devastating.
