I am in tendon hell. Was determined to run today, but thought I’d avoid pesky inclines by hitting the gym. A slow mile on the treadmill, five mins on the bike, weights weights weights. Feeling shit for not having a decent mileage today, but it just wasn’t happening.
More sit ups and kettlebells before bed, hopefully tomorrow will see an improvement. Ice ice baby until then. Do any other Juneathoners have experience of extensor tendinitis? If so, please share…..
