I did go to the gym, but I most certainly did not do a 5k on the treadmill, I did a ‘fast’ mile instead. Fast my arse, 12.15. Treadmill times are always a good 30s/mile slower, which is another reason why I’m not terribly fussed on running in the gym. But sometimes needs must. Plus the gym means weights! Weights are fun.
I’ll be doing some sit ups and kettlebells before bed too. I can’t WEIGHT til the end of June (sigh…) so I can find out if my measurements from the 1st have changed at all. Here’s hoping.
