5k on the treadmill today. 38 minutes – not brilliant, but that’s the treadmill for you. No major aches or pains, but I know I’ve been using my legs! Hopefully I can put in a good long run tomorrow, something similar to last weeks 9k maybe. Am starting to realise that this marathon will be here before I know it…… Not quite shitting myself yet, but I have an ever-increasing sense of foreboding!
