Hello! You have landed at a blog about someone who used to be very fat, who lost a lot of weight, who still isn’t content with their size, and it’s also about someone attempted to train for (and complete) the New York Marathon in November 2012. Yep – the one that was cancelled. The ONLY one that was cancelled!
The aim of the blog is to entertain and inform, not bore or instruct. I am not a weightloss guru, if I was, I would never have been fat in the first place! I am not an athlete either, nor do I wish to become one. If you are, and my training does not meet your criteria – keep it to yourself. Over zealous sports persons can be very condescending! As can over zealous dieters, I have noticed this on slimming forums etc and it’s one of the reasons I don’t usually engage in them, and I would hate to come across as a know-it-all. If you fancy a look around, use the sidebar to take you where you want to go. Please God you enjoy it when you get there!
But to date, I have lost nine stone from my top weight of twenty one stone. So I must be doing something right. If you’re interested, read on.
